Comments:PROPERTIES: Please know these are properties that 1) have gone into foreclosure, where 2) owners that have filed for bankruptcy, or that 3) have been scheduled for commercial auction. They have no disclosure statement; however, buyers have the opportunity to inspect the properties during a 7-10 day due diligence period after contract acceptance.
